This Tennant T1 has been refurbished by Spectrum Industrial Products. We sell floor scrubber equipment. The refurbishing process includes replacing parts that don't function and cleaning the floor scrubber. The lithium-ion battery on this machine was bad and we replaced it with another used lithium-ion battery from another T1 scrubber that had 103 hours of use. So this T1 has 93 hours of use but the current battery in the machine has 103 hours of use. It is in great working condition. There is a crack in the plastic by the fresh water tank around one of the bolts. The crack do not effect the running or use of the machine. This Tennant T1 comes with original charge that works great. The squeegee blades and brush are not new but are in very good condition.
