If this occurs you must photograph damage, document on the BOL and report it to us so we may file a claim. If however you elect to send your own truck our responsibility ends when it's loaded. Claims filed for damage goods are subject to the carriers discretion for acceptance, this process may take up to 120 days and is not a Guarantee. We do not re-reimburse for damages as a result of transport companies mishandling , we do not take machines back that we're damaged during transport or otherwise, all machinery is sold as is where is unless otherwise stated.
